Useful gadget

The electricity advisor is a very helpful gadget. You can see how much power you are using in real time, and whether an appliance you are using is taking more power than your solar panels are producing at that time. You receive a weekly report on the total cost of electricity you have used for the past week, and how you are tracking relative to your nominated budget

Works okay but do I need it?

I certainly wouldn’t pay for it but I didn’t have to. It really doesn’t give me anything more that my retail provider app gives me

Does exactly what it says on the box

Connecting the replacement advisor was a challenge for both Mark Mendoza and myself, however, with persistence on both sides it is working perfectly now, connects much quicker than the previous item which eventually failed, thank you Mark

Energy Management device attached to your electricity box

The device would be fantastic if you as a consumer could manage the app and make adjustments as you require. Example change your electricity bill dates to match the dates within your supply date range. Due to each supply provider having different date ranges per bill. One bill could be 31 days, the next 30 etc or if you are on a quarterly period, these dates also vary, example 90, 89, 87 etc. The gadget has great intention but the app required to be used by the property owner is not user friendly and does not meet the essential requirements needed.
