App keeps asking to sync data

The Electricity Advisor uses Bluetooth to connect to your mobile device but will also require Wi-fi to connect to Emerald's Cloud-based database, where your historical data is stored.

The Emerald Home App uses your phone's location settings to identify when it's near your Electricity Advisor. Please ensure you are within Bluetooth range of your Electricity Advisor (within 20m) and have your Emerald Home App open.
