Terms and Conditions

1. By completing and submitting the claim form, you are agreeing to your details being passed on to a Victorian Energy Upgrade accredited partner (company) to qualify, schedule and complete the chimney seal installation.   
2. Due to available government rebates, Draught Proofing installations are only available to Australian residents living in metro areas of Victoria.
3. Location and site suitability will need to be assessed to deem it a Free Draught Proof Install.
4. One (1) entry per residential dwelling will be accepted. Multiple FREE draught proofing can be installed in one residential settling based on the number of eligible chimney places.
5. The total value of the Draught Proofing Install cannot be redeemed as cash. In the event that a participant does not claim the FREE Draught Proofing at the time stipulated by the promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the participant, and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the offer.
6. We cannot guarantee time frames for Draught Proofing installation.
7. People who have had removable chimney seals fitted since 10th Dec 2018 are NOT eligible for a Free Chimney Seal .
